Mainspring Consulting developed this toolkit to support leaders as they identify the resources they need to start up, scale and sustain supports and services that lead to positive outcomes for children, youth, and families. It presents a strategic financing process and tools to assist leaders of intiaitives supporting child, family, and community well-being in developing strategic financing plans. The toolkit includes five brief modules that walk leaders through the key steps in strategic financing planning. Each module includes an overview of the key questions to answer, tools that help leaders collect and analyze needed information, and tips for planning. The steps of the process include the following:
